A Women's Circle to Come Home to Your Body
Have you been feeling a little off lately?
Maybe stuck in your head, tired all the time, or like you’re going through the motions?
You’re not alone — and you don’t have to keep pushing through.
This circle is a chance to pause, exhale, and gently reconnect with you — your body, your feelings, and that spark inside that might feel a little dim right now.
We live in a world that teaches us to keep going, stay busy, and ignore what we feel.
But your body holds so much wisdom, emotion, and energy — and it’s time to listen again.
💗 What We’ll Do Together:
🌿 A gentle talk on coming back into your body
We’ll explore why it can feel hard to slow down and actually feel, and I’ll guide you through simple tools to move out of your head and back into the present moment.
💃 Movement & body release
Through light stretching, shaking, and easy movement (think dancing with your eyes closed & without rules!), we’ll help your body release built-up stress and feel lighter and more free.
📝 Journaling to reconnect with yourself
With guided prompts, you’ll reflect on how you really feel underneath it all — no pressure, just honesty and compassion.
🎶 A sound healing to relax and restore
We’ll finish with a soothing sound bath to help your body fully unwind and integrate the experience.

Please note- This class is not suitable for pregnant women in their first trimester, you are more then welcome to attend after 12 weeks of pregnancy. This class is also not recommended if you have had a recent heart attack or stroke or any other major health concerns or issues- please seek medical advice first to get the all clear.
