During this foundation training, you’ll learn traditional reiki healing and techniques. But I’ll also call upon you to remember who you truly are and the gifts we all carry but have long forgotten. With a big focus on uncovering your psychic gifts(yes we all have these) and learning to trust your intuition and the fundamental steps in energy management techniques.
This is an amazing entry level training for all empaths, and highly sensitives to understand more of themselves, how to manage their energy, and to understand how energy works.
You will learn simple hands-on healing techniques for healing yourself and others and understand the root cause of illness and disease and how we heal.
The focus during Level 1 is on opening energy channels on a physical level allowing you to connect to the universal life-force energy.
Diving deep into understanding the chakra system, how to use a pendulum as a diagnostic tool, how to cleanse and protect your energy, and unlocking your natural psychic gifts and talents that have been hidden.
During Reiki Level 1 foundation training you will learn to give Reiki and energy healing to yourself and others. You will begin to detoxify, and clear energy blocks that have been holding you back from your highest potential.
After you have completed the online course modules and theory, you will receive your reiki and light language attunement- which will activate your reiki and energy healing, being passed from teacher to student.
Once completing the training, you will book a 20 minute zoom call with Kirsty to receive your attunement via video call.
*Please note you are not qualified to perform healings on paying clients until Level 2.
